The Scrum Knowledge Test

PSM I and PSPO I Practice Test

I have created a 100 question test based on the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) certification exams from Take it for fun or take it to practice for the PSM or PSPO exams. You can access the practice test here: Scrum Knowledge Test.

Much like the PSM I and PSPO I exams, you must answer for ideal Scrum and not real world scrum. In the real world, we all know the CEO can overrule the Scrum Team and a lot of what would happen would depend on organizational rules – in ideal by the Scrum Guide version of Scrum that would not happen.

I intend to create a few more practice exams, I am thinking DSDM, Lean, and maybe a general Agile exam.

Job Satisfaction Survey

Also – if anyone is interested – I have paired down and refined the survey I used for my graduate capstone research on job satisfaction. I intend it to be an ongoing collection. It is anonymous. It may ask some personal questions such as income and country of origin for categorization purposes but it does not require your name or anything that could make you easily identifiable. As time goes on, and I get enough responses, I would like to release the results to anybody who has an interest.

The survey and the collection of the information are purely for interest and the format is a bit less than scientific – but it still may provide some interesting data.

Thank you to the people who have completed this so far. If anyone else would like to complete the survey, it is available here: Employee Job Satisfaction. It shouldn’t take longer than 10 or 15 minutes to complete and its easier than the Scrum Knowledge Test. it is open to anyone in the world.
