Directions:

A Gantt Chart that doesn’t rely on dates, but sprints or iterations of development. Why? Because I can, that’s why. To be honest, this has never been used. I built it one night when I was playing around. It almost went to the junk pile with my product and increment backlog Excel file.

You work with larger features or epics, enter in the expected start iteration for the feature. Then you enter in how many iterations you expect it will take you to complete the feature. You can then enter in when you actually start the feature and when you finish the feature. It also gives you a field for roughly estimating how much you have done in the feature.

Now you have a Gantt chart for your Agile or Scrum projects.
