A simple Excel risk register. Track all of your risks for a project. It allows for categorizing risk probability and impact from 1 to 10. It automatically calculates a risk score (from 1 to 10)
It also calculates the averages of probability, impact, and risk score which can be used for a cumulative flow diagram.
